At Laser Craft we strive to make every transaction with you the best online experience ever. That is why we offer a 30 Day Return and Exchange policy on all of our jewelry. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may either exchange the ring for a new size or style, or return the ring no questions asked. Engraved or damaged rings are not eligible for standard exchange or return, but there are options. Please see instructions below for engraved or damaged rings.

Exchanges:
  • Contact us through email [email protected] to notify us that you will be exchanging your ring and the reason for the exchange. Please include your original order number in the message subject or body.
  • All items must be received by Laser Craft within 30 days of order date, or within 30 days of your most recent transaction date.
  • Exchanges are generally processed within 3-5 business days of our receipt of the package.
  • Place your jewelry in a secure bubble wrapped envelope which you will be sending the merchandise back in. Do not send the ring box back. Please make sure to include a tracking number and insurance for the ring.Laser Craft is not responsible for any damage/lost or stolen jewelry while in transport to us.
  • Customers are responsible for the postage when sending the package back to Laser Craft. We only offer 1 free exchange option. If you need multiple exchanges then you are responsible for the shipping expenses, please see below.
  • If you choose to take the risk of shipping your jewelry without tracking or delivery confirmation and the package is lost, your exchange cannot be processed and you will not be refunded - we strongly suggest adding delivery confirmation and/or tracking when shipping your package.
  • If the ring has been altered, damaged or engraved then we cannot accept an exchange. Please see the Return Policy for engraved merchandise.
  • All laser engraved merchandise cannot be exchanged since the engraving is permanent.
  • If you receive any merchandise that has been damaged please send an email to [email protected] within 3 days to notify us that the merchandise has been damaged.
  • Any jewelry engraved by anyone other than Laser Craft will not be accepted for any exchange/return.
  • Shipping charges from Laser Craft to you are free for 1 exchange (within the US), if you need to exchange again after the 1st free exchange, each additional shipment will result in a charge of $5.95.
  • US Exchanges will be shipped via 5-7 day First Class regardless of your order's original shipping method. If you need expedited shipping, please notify us at [email protected] there will be an additional charge for expedited shipping.
  • Shipping charges for orders shipped outside the US are not covered under the Exchange Policy, International customers will be billed for shipping charges based on the original payment method.

Returns:
Contact Laser Craft through email at [email protected] to notify us that you will be returning your ring and the reason for the return. You must include your original order number in this email.

NOTIFICATIONS BY PHONE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, WE MUST HAVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION FROM YOU TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND.
 
  • Place your ring in the original jewelry box and secure your jewelry box inside the package which you will be sending the ring back in. It is important to make sure that the ring(s) will not move or shift while in transit, as it may be damaged in transport if it is not completely secured.
  • All items must be received by Laser Craft within 30 days of order date, or within 30 days of your most recent transaction date.
  • ENGRAVED JEWELRY: We accept returns on engraved jewelry items under limited circumstances. Since the engraving is permanent there will be a $40 engraving fee for ALL engraved merchandise(*according to value of merchandise). This engraving fee is Non-Refundable. If the merchandise is under $50 then there will be a 25% restocking fee.
  • Any jewelry engraved by anyone other than Laser Craft will not be accepted for any exchange/return.
  • Customersare responsible for the postage when sending the package back to Laser Craft.
  • Place your jewelry in a secure bubble wrapped envelope which you will be sending the merchandise back in. Please send all merchandise you received back including the box. Please make sure to include a tracking number and insurance for the ring. Laser Craft is not responsible for any damage/lost or stolen jewelry while in transport to us.

  • All items must be received within 30 days from the date of your tracked receipt of your order. date. Merchandise received after this date will be declined. Refund requests will be processed within 3-5 business days after our receipt of your return package.
